Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours on regular business days. During sales or promotions, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $150 USD shipping within the United States or Canada receive free standard shipping. Express and international rates are displayed at checkout.
Delivery Times
Express and priority shipping times begin once the carrier collects your package. Shipments leave our Montreal facility daily, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
International Shipping
Customs duties, taxes, or delays may apply depending on the destination. Order Protection
All orders include ROUTE shipping protection by default. This covers loss, theft, or damage during transit. Orders without ROUTE must be resolved directly with the carrier, which can take up to 30 days.
