Without motivation we are all at a stand still. Without drive we are all parked. Without inspiration we are all lost. I have had the pleasure to spend the week with many of my peers and friends who make up a community of business minded individuals. Each successful in their own way, each motivated by there own thing. The beauty of life is success doesn't compromise individuality. We are all free to create what we want, and be driven by what we need. What makes the difference between one persons story to the other is what makes the world go round. Diversity is the true beauty of life. Some may feel closer to a certain idea, while other to another. What motivates me, might not be relevant to another, but that's ok! What drives my car, might not be what it takes to turn your ignition. The ability to motivate yourself and be open to respect the motivation of others allows for a diverse playing field. Nobody likes to play a game when both teams are in the same uniform. Wether you are ignited by a team, an ideology, or a logo, you have found your rush. Be proud of what you do and who you are, the journey is long and you are in for a ride. It's #friday my thinking cap is on, and it's mother fucking business as usual. A man can wear many hats. What is important is how it connects to what's underneath. Life is a funny game, just because you aren't playing the same as others, doesn't mean you aren't in it together. Whatever it is that motivates you hold on to it dearly. Ignition is the hardest, steering is the most precise, and direction is the gift.
