I am writing this inspiration literally from a locked office in Cuba, where I have locked the general manager out of his own office in attempt to use the internet. What type of maniac am I? THIS TYPE! I attempted to head to a holiday resort where all people keep on telling me is that this is "Paradise". I have realized a very valuable lesson today, there is NO universal definition for "paradise". To these staff "paradise" is bad service, horrible food, and ignorance as bliss. There are two types of people in this world; people who relax on beaches, and people who relax buying beaches. I am the latter. My idea of "paradise" is keeping busy working. Too me, "paradise" is not forgetting my problems, it's dealing with them head on. I never understood people escaping their problems by going on vacation. What good is an escape? If you deal with your issues "paradise" will never be a destination, it will be your sedentary everyday reality. It's #saturday and I have hijacked a fucking manager office in Cuba so that I can "work" on creating my "paradise". If you have problems, deal with them! Running away for a temporary break won't get you anywhere. Whatever wasn't dealt with before you left, will still be there when you get back. Instead of thinking about escaping, try dealing! You will see that a permanent "paradise" will be a lot more valuable then a temporary "paradise". #morninginspiration #vintageframes
