Who are you:
I'm a young dude born and raised in Amsterdam. I'm in the middle of managing a band, setting up a luxury brand (jewelry, glasses etc) and studying business entrepreneurship.

What's is your most prized pair of Vintage Frames and why?

My most prized vintage frame? My Cazal 642 grey marble, Cazal 616 tortoise and my Various Christian Dior frames.

What is your earliest memory of a pair of frames that stuck in your head till today:
Those would be the Cazal 642 in tortoise. I started getting into collecting shades bout a year ago and they are hands down the coolest frame I've ever seen. I got the 642's in Grey marble but these are joints I definitely need to cop! I also really still want a Cazal 634 in clear. Those I missed out on about 6 months ago for the ridiculous price of 200 dollars!

About how many Vintage Frames do you have in your collection:

I currently own about 25 vintage frames many Cazals, Christian Diors and or course some Alpina's!

Why do you choose vintage frames instead of modern eyewear?

The designs are much more bold and, in my opinion, the only modern eyewear worth rocking are the LV millionaires which I laid my hands on recently. And to be honest I've always been collecting stuff throughout my entire life: the rarity of frames attract me. It's just not as great of a feeling buying ray ban's from a random store as scouting markets and old opticians for an ultra rare Cazal frame. Also new eyewear is not "Heavy" enough not enough frames that are bold and gold which is usually what I go for.
