Everyday i get loads of emails asking about The Vintage Chains Shop products. Usually they are the same questions so i decided to take some time to give a little bit more information about the most commonly asked questions. All the Vintage Chains and Jewelry on the site are made by the actual designer brands. We do not produce them ourselves. If we happen to stumble upon pendents with no necklace we will in fact pair it with another vintage necklace. The products we sell are not solid gold. The are all gold plated by the designer brand companies themselves. We do not re-plate the products or alter them in that way. If you wanted solid gold versions of the products they would be a considerable amount more expensive, and would not be real vintage products. If you are looking to get one of these replicated in solid gold you would want to speak to a guy like Ben Baller to do a custom project. The chains and jewelry all come in Vintage Frames Company cases. If you wish to have an original designer brand one included please ask and we will try to arrange it.
