In my life I don't look up to many people. But Mr Cari Zalloni was one of those few I do look up to. In my opinion he was a true genius of design. He designed all of Cazal's legendary frames himself and over saw production all the way to completion. Making sure everything meet the high standards he set for his work. Mr Zalloni was a true visionary in my eyes and he will be surely missed. How fitting his company saw it fit to use one of his most famous designs to honor him.
Issued in an extremely small run. This 607 uses a very appropriate matte black finish and a subtle use of gold on the temples taking this familiar classic and giving it new life. I for one am very happy to see Cazal doing something in remembrance of their creator. May he rest and peace.
