10 years ago today we lost #JMJ of the legendary #rundmc. One of the founding groups of HipHop, Run Dmc paved the way for so many artists in many genres. I never had the pleasure of meeting JMJ, but I was affected by his work. Lots of my company philosophy and fashion is a tribute to Run Dmc. Even though I am not a musician, they as a group, were able to touch my life in a different way. People can relate to different things in very different ways. I can bet they would have never thought that they could have been role models enough to Influence me to start this type of a #fashion business. Who cares you might say... Well I do. The point I am trying to make is that one should always be conscious about contributing to society in a positive way. Chances are, there isn't a day that goes by where even the average person doesn't have an impact on someone's life. It is for that reason we should always be conscious of our actions. You never know who is soaking up your influence. When they do, you would hope it would be a positive one. It's #tuesday and time to be tougher then fucking lead. Make a positive difference in your life. Happiness and positivity are contagious. Even if you don't go out of your way to act on it, this mentality will be helpful to someone else. Wether it is through mentoring or just plain interacting with people make a positive impact on someone's day.
